The 31st Annual ERC Designers’ Showhouse has been announced! For the first time ever, the featured home will be in the Lake Sherwood area. The home is at 3709 SW Kings Forest Road in Topeka. Mark your calendar….the completed Showhouse will be ready for tour April 16 – May 15, 2011. More details to follow!
